Should You Buy it?
Hi Gamers, welcome to another review and today I am reviewing Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion. So what is this game? The Land of Ooo is underwater and it’s up to Finn and Jake to find out why. Join our heroes as they explore the high seas, search for hidden clues, interrogate shady suspects and fight pirates to solve the mystery and save their waterlogged world!
Adventure Time: Pirates of the Enchiridion finds the Land of Ooo cut off from the rest of the world, and it’s up to Finn and crew to set sail in a newly constructed boat to investigate what has happened. Along the way, new friendships will be formed, interrogations made, and of course, some fights tossed in between.
The turn-based system offers a very good feel system that I really like. There are many classes like your typical tank, support, and DPS characters. Once you’ve figured out how you prefer to take down your enemies, battles can give the simple satisfaction of all your abilities working together to more be more efficient. To upgrade your stats and abilities, you’ll need to collect currency (which can also be spent on items) from chests or destroying regenerating items. What’s good about this system is it’s quite simple and you can see a real difference in how effective you are based on how you spend your money. The game comes with a vast open world to explore, discover secrets and collect loot.
What I really like is that the game comes with 3D visuals that match the art-style of the show. It looks so good on a 4k Monitor. The sound production, yet again it just like the TV show and you can see that the developers want to create a game just like the show.
I had so much fun playing this game and the developers has put in a lot of love and care and it really shows. The turn-based gameplay feels so good and simple. If you are a fan of the show and turn-base game then is a must buy
Rating: 4.3 out of 5 (Great)
